Refundable Services

Personalized Reports (Janampatri, Annual Reports)

• Before Processing: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if report processing hasn't begun
• After Processing: No refunds once report is generated and delivered
• Incorrect Information: If you provided incorrect birth details, no refund is available

Online Consultations

• 24+ Hours Before: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled time
• Less Than 24 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled with 6–24 hours notice
• Less Than 6 Hours: No refund for cancellations within 6 hours
• No-Show: No refund if you miss your scheduled consultation
• Technical Issues: Full refund or reschedule if issues are on our end

Subscription Services

• Within 7 Days: Full refund if service not accessed within 7 days of purchase
• Partial Period: No pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
• Auto-Renewal: Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges for next period

Non-Refundable Services

• Free horoscopes and daily predictions
• Services fully rendered/delivered
• Digital products after download/access
• Promotional or discounted services (unless otherwise stated)
• Reports after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

How to Request

To request a refund, please contact us:

Processing Time

• Refund requests reviewed within 3–5 business days
• Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 5–7 business days

• Reason for refund request
• Any supporting documentation

Service Quality Guarantee

• Report issues within 48 hours of service delivery
• Provide specific concerns for review
• We may offer a replacement service or partial refund at our discretion

Technical Failures

• If technical issues prevent service delivery, we will reschedule at no additional cost
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling isn’t acceptable

Cancellation by Horoscope Darpan

• If we cancel your service, a full refund is automatically processed
• Notification sent within 24 hours
• Alternative arrangements offered when possible

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Natural disasters
• Unforeseen critical situations

We may offer refunds or service credits at our discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

• If refund request is denied, request a detailed explanation via email
• Escalate to management if unsatisfied

• Final decision communicated within 7 business days

Modification of Services

• If we significantly modify purchased services, you’ll be notified in advance
• You may cancel for a full refund

Fraudulent Claims

• False refund claims may result in account suspension or termination

Currency and Fees

• Refunds issued in original transaction currency
• Payment processor fees may not be refunded
• Currency conversion differences not covered
