Horoscope Darpan is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines conditions under which refunds are available.
Refundable Services
Personalized Reports (Janampatri, Annual Reports)
- Before Processing: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if report processing hasn't begun
- After Processing: No refunds once report is generated and delivered
- Incorrect Information: If you provided incorrect birth details, no refund is available
Online Consultations
- 24+ Hours Before: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled time
- Less Than 24 Hours: 50% refund if cancelled with 6–24 hours notice
- Less Than 6 Hours: No refund for cancellations within 6 hours
- No-Show: No refund if you miss your scheduled consultation
- Technical Issues: Full refund or reschedule if issues are on our end
Subscription Services
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if service not accessed within 7 days of purchase
- Partial Period: No pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
- Auto-Renewal: Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges for next period
Non-Refundable Services
- Free horoscopes and daily predictions
- Services fully rendered/delivered
- Digital products after download/access
- Promotional or discounted services (unless otherwise stated)
- Reports after 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
How to Request
To request a refund, please contact us:

Processing Time
- Refund requests reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 5–7 business days

- Any supporting documentation
Service Quality Guarantee
- Report issues within 48 hours of service delivery
- Provide specific concerns for review

Cancellation by Horoscope Darpan

Modification of Services

Currency and Fees
